With 65% of CIOs struggling to support the adoption of digital technologies into their legacy infrastructure, the transformation of network infrastructures has become an increasingly crucial, if risky, venture.

We will be exploring the challenges global organisations face in transforming their networks across various geographies, while also dealing with the influence of changing IT skills requirements, cybersecurity and cloud. Never more crucial and the Covid-19 era.

Participants

This proved to be one of our liveliest 90-minute sessions, excellent engagement across 2 industry challenges, with participants exchanging advice, experiences, challenges, and opportunities. Our first challenge was ‘How should we continue to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation at a time of travel restriction and virtual engagements?’ - From protecting the bottom line and best practices in moving data to the cloud, through to overcoming the remote challenges of internal stakeholder communication, there were a host of excellent ideas and best practices from a range of industries. We then moved onto ‘How do organisations extend all of the tools (e.g. telephony, software portals, and tools), available in a controlled office environment, and ensure quality to employees now working from home?’ - From virtual cafes to gamification, there was clear unanimity across the group that engaging, training and creating new ways of communication with the remote team provided the best opportunity for ensuring quality.
