The Judgement Bottleneck

Interview programme overview

AI sped up production. Approval slowed down. The work has shifted from making things to deciding what is good enough to ship. How is your operating model adjusting?

Volume became cheap. Mediocrity became the default. Market makers have noticed the bottleneck has moved and have rebuilt their editorial structure for AI-scale: clear definitions of good, named editorial owners, headcount for taste rather than throughput. Followers are still optimising for production speed and wondering why approvals are slowing them down.

Audience: CMOs, Marketing Directors, Heads of Brand, Heads of Content, Editorial Directors.

This is one of the freshest tensions surfaced in the previous programme and few organisations have fully absorbed it. AI compressed creation time. Teams do not yet trust AI output enough to sign it off quickly, so review takes longer than ever. The bottleneck has moved out of production and into judgement. Most marketing organisations are still staffed for the old shape.

6sense is the platform behind the original New Skills, New Mindset Market View Report. Their AI-powered Revenue AI platform helps B2B organisations identify in-market accounts, uncover buying signals and orchestrate engagement across the buyer journey.

6sense partners with TechPros on the Market Makers programme to surface the operational reality behind AI in B2B marketing — what is genuinely changing, what is not, and where the bottlenecks have moved.

The interview is a peer conversation feeding a published market view report. There is no vendor follow-up, no funnel and no upsell. 6sense is the partner, not the seller.
