Interview program overview
AI adoption is changing how B2B marketing operates. As AI handles more executional work, marketing's role is shifting from task delivery to strategic design. This change requires new operating models, different skills, and updated leadership approaches.
AI is revealing what creates value in marketing teams, what doesn't, and what needs to change in how departments work. We're gathering insights from CMOs and VPs on how they're redesigning work, building new capabilities, and managing this transition across people, processes, and technology.
This research will share practical approaches to developing teams, establishing quality standards, and measuring impact as marketing moves from activity-based to outcome-driven work. We'll explore how marketing leaders are guiding their organisations through this change whilst maintaining performance.

As AI handles more routine tasks, how are you thinking about where marketing adds most value, and what capabilities matter most?
What changes are you seeing in marketing roles and workflows as AI becomes more capable, and how are you approaching the skills challenge?
As marketing shifts toward orchestrating AI-powered workflows, how are you deciding where to invest team time versus where to automate - and what's driving those choices?
How are you thinking about demonstrating marketing's impact on revenue and pipeline, and are AI tools changing what's possible to measure or prove?
As you evaluate AI's role in your marketing technology stack, what kinds of intelligence or insights would make the biggest difference to your team's effectiveness?
What's your experience of how AI is affecting collaboration between marketing and sales, and where do you see opportunities to work more effectively as a revenue team?
When you think about the signals and data available to marketing today - from website behaviour to intent signals to account engagement - how effectively can you currently act on that intelligence, and where do you see the biggest gaps or opportunities?

Step 5 - Market view report
PublicationWe email you a week before the report is published on LinkedIn and then again on the day of the launch, often with a draft post for you to reshare to help raise awareness of the thought leadership.
